Noah Schnapp who play Will Byers in Netflix’s Stranger Things shared to Flaunt that he got a summer job as a lifeguard, “It’s kind of a ‘just for fun thing.’” Well, it’s not everyday that you’d see an actor as a lifeguard at your local pool, right?
While being a star on one of the biggest series on Netflix, Schnapp says, “I’ve kind of grown up with a normal life and normal friends and stuff outside of ‘Stranger Things,’ so it’s kind of kept me grounded.”
Recently, on a TikTok video shared on Netflix’s official Twitter page, Schnapp and his family celebrated his admission to the University of Pennsylvania where the actor plans to take up a business degree. Schnapp just graduated high school months ago.
In the same interview, Schnapp shared why he would pursue a business degree, “Acting was just kind of repetitive, and I wanted to try something new."
Schnapp cited how Millie Bobby Brown’s decision to jump into something new made him think about taking a different path, “Millie is doing the same thing with her schooling—she’s kind of learning about other things. I thought it would make more sense to do something different. And business was a pretty clear next thing for me. ”
Noah Schnapp plays Will Byers in Stranger Things since the first season where it revolved around the quest of his friends looking for him while he was trapped in the Upside Down.
