While we’ve yet to see a trailer or even an image from the show, Netflix gave a behind-the-scenes tour of the series’ sets. The series is based on Eiichiro Oda’s long-running One Piece manga that has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 1997. Starting from the manga, the series has expanded into a massive media franchise with an anime adaptation, anime films, and video games, among others. Currently, the manga is still the best-selling of all time in terms of volume sales, with the series being awarded a Guinness World Record for this feat.
