After a long wait, entertainment company CJ ENM confirmed its return and revealed the star-studded lineup of presenters days before the official event. Who Are the Presenters of the 2022 MAMA Awards?
ET News quoted CJ ENM’s announcement on November 25, in which the company revealed the official lineup of presenters. According to the company, the two-day show will be spearheaded by Nam Yoon Su, Kim Soo Hyun, Yeo Jin Goo, Moon Ga Young, Im Siwan, Joo Jong Hyuk, Park Sung Hoon, Hwang Jung Min, Lee Jae Wook, Hwang Minhyun, Park Sung Hoon, Kim Dong Wook, Han Sun Hwa, Woo oDo Hwan, Seo Ji Hye, Kang Han Na, and Ahn So Hee. Park Se Ri, Kim Yuna, and Kwak Yoon Gy will also serve as the presenters of the event, joining other celebrities like Street Woman Fighter’s Gabee and Aiki and Comedy Big League’s Lee Eun Ji and Kim Hae Joon. Kim Yuna recently got married to singer Ko Woo Rim, who is scheduled to perform at the 2022 MAMA Awards alongside his Forestella bandmates. Meanwhile, Japanese actors Sakaguchi Kentaro and Imada Mio will also appear during the ceremony. K-pop fans who want to see them present the 2022 MAMA Awards can watch the whole event on November 29 and 30.
Who Will Perform At the 2022 MAMA Awards?
The confirmation of the lineup came after CJ ENM announced that several K-pop groups would hold special performances at the ceremony. The company said TXT, ITZY, Stray Kids, and KARA would have special stages, with the latter group planning to perform a song from its new album, MOVE AGAIN. The newly-reunited girl group also marked its 15th anniversary this year. According to reports, KARA will sing and dance a medley of its hit songs, including STEP, Mister, and Lupin.
